Enter your name and e-mail address, so that the recipient recognizes you as the appropriate addressor.
Add notes and messages for the recipient in the text box 'Description - Circumstances of the accident'.

Check before sending the e-mail if you really want to send all of your saved documents and photos. The recipient just receives a copy of your documents. He won't see revisions that are made later.
